As an Independent Insurance Agent or recent as a Notary.I run across quite a few emergencies! The on set that cause Stress levels to run high when we've fail to keep important documents updated.
Can you imagine your family members trying to pull together monies they don’t have to cover a PAID FOR expense, that ended up in the wrong hand.
A Real Game-changer, right…
Im not gonna keep you long but just something to keep in mind.
Several years ago, a family had lost their brother, he and his wife had been separated nearly twenty years. She had a real grudge against the family. Due to the lack of support to keep them together.
Well fast forward, the brother suffered a heart attack and died.
Being that they never got a divorce or he never changed any documents removing her from ANYTHING regarding their separation. So when he died the wife was contacted because she was listed as his next to kin.
Well, not only did she have him immediately cremated, there was no service or any closure for his family.
Her name was on EVERYTHING! Family had no say-so on nothing. She possibly had access to his retirement benefits as well.
So, by now you get my point! Don’t allow this to happen your family…
Remember, You're paying for something that’ll occur in the future, so to keep the panic down please keep this in mind.
Picture this scenario, death occurs out of nowhere! and the person who you’d have chosen to be your beneficiary five years ago is no longer around or even your relationship has dissolved.
If you don’t update your documents, the wrong person could possibly have a death claim, and your immediate needs could swing in the wind. Now what? Exactly thats what I’m talking about.
A simple solution, that today you’re in control of from spinning out of control! Things could turn UGLY!
You know we all have that one family member thats ready to turn it up atvany given moment! Taking it to the tenth power…
We all can relate to that statement.

Hey, this message was not to ride your coattail but, I’m even guilty of overlooking certain situation, to. Just a quick reminder to all of us including myself.
You know how we look at old family pictures, we notice things in the photo that we didn’t even catch before.
So thats how we should look at our policies and other important documents. Pull them out and read them, and I’ll bet you’ll see something, you hadn’t noticed before.
It’s at that time you put a sticky note on it, and take care of it ASAP!
